Yes, they have the best fish tacos (probably in the world), but to us, the original Berry Hill in River Oaks is more than just a place to fill up on Mexican snacks. Particularly when the weather is bearable, this neighborhood bar has a laid-back, chilling on the front porch vibe that is hard to resist. You can sit outside for hours sipping (or throwing back) Tequila, strong margaritas, and a full bar's worth of alcohol. Though the bar is in the center of River Oaks, it feels like it's off the beaten path. You won't get any of the social set – mostly just low-key locals drinking beers, taking shots, and occasionally stuffing their faces.
